Most CCA consumers are also eager for more education and empowerment, and want advanced solutions including asset risk management, continuous home energy audits, lower energy usage and the ability to see and manage their energy usage. The portals and smart phone applications which are part of the IES Platform are perfect for CCA Consumers. In order to actually create and manage a CCA, a host of actions and vast amounts of data must be constantly acquired and acted on in real time, and the IES Platform is up to the challenge. While we tend to focus on the new host of data coming to utilities and CCAs from Smart meters and similar sources, there is a much larger set of data available from on-premise devices that can be rapidly acquired, analyzed, integrated and then used to provide immediate insights and actions to materially optimize each situation and drive important and significant financial and operational value for utilities and their customers, including premises, small and medium commercial properties, and institutional facilities, such as schools.
